How to plan gothic wedding?
Do you want to have a gothic wedding? Do you know how to plan it very well?
This article was encouraging for the bride who is courageous enough to go gothic on her wedding day.
I love the white medieval wedding dress in the photo! It is very close to my dream bridal gown. I would give it wider, more dramatic bell sleeves.
If the bride wears white to her gothic wedding, the bridesmaids can wear gothic style velvet gowns in rich jewel colors to add to the effect.
Of course for a truly gothic wedding, it must take place at night, in an old stone church, and have a candle lit reception. If the church has a cemetery on the property, all the better. Black silk roses are a nice flower for the bride to carry and work well with a red or a white wedding dress. If you are wearing black wedding dresses, try red ones.
I followed one of the links to House of Brides and clicked on their “red hot dresses” link. They do have red wedding dresses, but none of them really looked very gothic to me.
